CAPE TOWN – EFF leader Julius Malema will launch his party’s Western Cape manifesto at Philippi Stadium.

The party launched its national manifesto at Giant Stadium in Pretoria last month.

Malema will also address the EFF’s provincial manifesto launches in the Eastern Cape, North West and the Free State this weekend.

South Africans will vote on 8 May.
